Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are a weld bead modeling method, device and system for wire-arc additive manufacture, which belong to the field of wire and arc additive manufacturing. According to the method, a dynamic parameter method is used, and different welding process parameters are used in the same welding bead in one wire-arc additive manufacture process, so that a weld bead, the shape of which is synchronously and dynamically changed according to the dynamic change of the welding process parameters, is obtained; and a line laser sensor is used for scanning to obtain shapes of segments of the processed weld bead, and the shape of each segment of weld bead is in one-to-one correspondence with the welding process parameter of the same segment and used as training data to train a neural network so as to obtain a weld bead modeling model that can obtain a corresponding weld bead shape according to input welding process parameters.
