| Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed in the present invention is an ejector pin device for chip packaging, comprising a needle cylinder, a base, and an ejector pin seat module. The needle cylinder is fitted over the ejector pin seat module; the base is positioned below the ejector pin seat module and is used for fixing the ejector pin seat module; the ejector pin seat module comprises a knob unit and a supporting unit. By adjusting the knob unit, the knob unit can act on the corresponding supporting unit, so that the requirements for the quantity and positions of the ejector pins required by different products are satisfied, metal foreign matters are reduced, and the efficiency in product replacement by workers is improved.
