The present invention is directed at hair care formulations comprising at least one non-ionic compound containing at least one terminal estolide moiety, at non-ionic compounds containing at least one terminal estolide moiety, the use of non-ionic compounds containing at least one terminal estolide moiety in cosmetic formulations for skin and/or hair care, the use of non-ionic compounds containing at least one terminal estolide moiety for the treatment of fibers, and at compositions containing at least one such compound for the treatment of hair. La présente invention concerne des formulations de soins capillaires comprenant au moins un composé non ionique contenant au moins une fraction d'estolide terminal, au moins des composés non ioniques contenant au moins une fraction d'estolide terminal, l'utilisation de composés non ioniques contenant au moins une fraction d'estolide terminal dans des formulations cosmétiques pour le soin de la peau et/ou des cheveux, l'utilisation de composés non ioniques contenant au moins une fraction d'estolide terminal pour le traitement de fibres, et au moins des compositions contenant au moins un tel composé pour le traitement des cheveux.
