La présente invention concerne des compositions de nettoyage spécifiques comprenant un mélange d'enzymes comprenant des dispersines et des protéases spécifiques. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation desdites compositions dans des processus de nettoyage et/ou de nettoyage minutieux de taches organiques.
