Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to: a composition for wound healing, containing a metal-organic framework (MOF) as an active ingredient; and a wound dressing material comprising a hydrophilic superabsorbent polymer comprising the MOF, and the composition and the wound dressing material have a wound healing ability, specifically, the excellent effect of healing a wound by promoting fibroblast movement, do not significantly differ from a control group with respect to cytotoxicity, thereby exhibiting excellent safety when applied to a wound site, and have the excellent effect of having a wound recovery rate high enough to be checked with the naked eye over time.
La présente invention concerne : une composition pour la cicatrisation de plaie, contenant une structure organométallique (MOF) comme principe actif ; et un matériau de pansement comprenant un polymère superabsorbant hydrophile comprenant la MOF, et la composition et le matériau de pansement ont une capacité de cicatrisation de plaie, en particulier, l'excellent effet de cicatrisation d'une plaie en favorisant un mouvement de fibroblastes, ne diffèrent pas significativement d'un groupe témoin par rapport à la cytotoxicité, en présentant ainsi une excellente sécurité lors d'une application sur un site de plaie, et ont l'excellent effet d'avoir un taux de récupération de plaie suffisamment élevé pour être vérifié à l'œil nu au fil du temps.
본 발명은 금속-유기 골격체(metal-organic framework, MOF)를 유효성분으로 포함하는 상처 치유용 조성물 및 상기 금속-유기 골격체를 포함하는 친수성 고흡수성 고분자를 포함하는 창상 피복재에 관한 것으로, 상기 조성물 및 창상 피복재는 상처 치유능, 구체적으로 섬유아세포 이동을 촉진시켜 상처를 치유하는 우수한 효과가 있고, 세포 독성에 있어 대조군과 유의미한 차이가 없어 창상 부위에 적용 시 우수한 안전성을 가지며, 시간이 경과함에 따라 육안으로 확인할 수 있을 정도로 높은 창상 회복률을 가지는 우수한 효과가 있다. |
