Provided is a control system including a first wireless telephone terminal, a second wireless telephone terminal, and a wireless mobile body, wherein the first wireless telephone terminal includes: a calling and receiving unit which establishes a voice channel of a mobile communication network between the second wireless telephone terminal and the wireless mobile body by using a multipoint call function for controlling voice calls between a plurality of points; and a control unit which controls the wireless mobile body by transmitting a control signal to the wireless mobile body via the voice channel, and which when the intensity of radio waves with the wireless mobile body drops below a threshold value, transmits a switching signal for switching a user who operates the wireless mobile body, to the second wireless telephone terminal via the voice channel.
