A blockchain system comprising a network connection device and a plurality of nodes. The blockchain system comprises: a node information managing means; a network connection device information managing means; a blockchain network information managing means for managing information pertaining to a blockchain network; a node update means for updating a blockchain node in accordance with a change in information pertaining to the plurality of nodes; a propagating means for causing a blockchain node to propagate information posted for recording in the blockchain network; and a recording means which, when a consensus is reached on the posted information, records the information in the blockchain network.
