Zusammenfassung:	A device and method for testing the ice melting effect and noise of an asphalt mixture. The testing device comprises: a soundproof temperature control environment box (10); a refrigeration device and an insulation device are provided within the soundproof temperature control environment box (10) for simulating an icy condition on a road surface; a testbed (20) is provided at a bottom portion of the soundproof temperature control environment box (10), an asphalt mixture test piece (21) being fixed on the testbed (20); and tire fixing pieces (30) are further provided within the soundproof temperature control environment box (10); a standard tire (31) is fixed on the tire fixing pieces (30), the standard tire (31) being fixed directly above the asphalt mixture test piece (21); when the tire fixing pieces (30) are started up, the standard tire (31) falls from a certain height onto the asphalt mixture test piece (21); a camera (40) and a noise tester (50) are further provided within the soundproof temperature cont
