| Zusammenfassung: | A hydraulic steel pipe installation method, aided by a hydraulic steel pipe installation system, comprising a machine frame assembly (1) and, sequentially provided on the machine frame assembly (1), a valve body feeding station (5), a valve body waiting station (6), a valve plate assembling station (7), a steel pipe feeding station (8), a cleaning and installing station (9), a valve plate feeding station (10), a pressure testing station (11), and an output station (12). The method: first, a valve body element (2) is positioned onto a valve plate element (3); second, a steel pipe element (4) is inserted into the valve plate element (3) and hermetically welded; third, the valve body element (2) is connected to the valve plate element (3); fourth, plugging and a pressure test are performed; and then, a pressure-tested workpiece is outputted.
