Zusammenfassung:Method for automating purchase of a product at a physical commercial site equipped: with optical monitoring means that are able to detect any potential customer entering onto the site, a space for presenting the products or services that are provided for sale and which the customer is able to access freely, means for identifying products or services that said customer selects in the presenting space, a set of means that are located in proximity to the exit from said site comprising a human-machine interface and that are able to identify and to image customers who wish to leave said site, to validate the list of the purchases thereof and that said purchases have been paid for, and a digital system for processing information that controls all of said means of the site, characterized in that: each customer entering onto said site is anonymously detected by the optical monitoring system by virtue of processing of a few of his bodily features so as to be able to track all his movements on the site, in that said detection delivers in real time to said processing system only the location and the path of each customer throughout his visit to the commercial site, in that the removal of any product from its presenting space by a customer is identified by virtue of the combination of the aforementioned optical monitoring system and of other technical means such as, non-exhaustively, 3D depth cameras or pressure sensors installed in all or some of the aisles in which said products are presented, in that each product identified as removed by a customer is associated, in the time-domain, with a customer detected beforehand anonymously and the path of whom on said commercial site has been tracked, in that, at the end of his visit to said commercial site, each customer has presented to him by a device that is placed in proximity to his exit and that possesses a human-machine interface the list and the respective prices of each of the products that he removed from the aisles, and in that this presentation then allows the customer to electronically validate the list of the products that he has selected with a view to purchase thereof and to pay for them by any available means of payment, including electronically.
