The display panel (10) comprises a common electrode layer (40), a pixel definition layer (50), a light-emitting layer (60), a transparent pixel electrode layer (70), and an electrode connection layer (80), which are sequentially provided in a stacked manner, wherein an electrode connection portion is formed on the electrode connection layer (80), and the electrode connection portion is connected to the transparent pixel electrode layer (70) and a signal electrode. A common electrode is provided in a light emission direction away from the light-emitting layer (60), and therefore, there is no requirement for light transmittance.
