Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to methods involved in the production and purification of the capsular polysaccharide polyribosylribitol phosphate (PRP) produced by the bacteria Haemophilus influenza type b (Hib) to obtain the polysaccharide with suitable molecular mass and purity for subsequent formulation of the Hib conjugate vaccine. The present invention also relates to the use of the capsular polysaccharide polyribosylribitol phosphate (PRP) to prepare the vaccine. La présente invention concerne des procédés intervenant dans la production et la purification du polysaccharide capsulaire polyribosil-ribitol-phosphate (PRP) produit par la bactérie Haemophilus influenzae de type b (Hib), en vue de l'obtention d'un polysaccharide présentant une pureté et une masse moléculaire appropriées pour une formulation postérieure de vaccin conjugué de Hib. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation du polysaccharide capsulaire polyribosil-ribitol-phosphate (PRP) pour la préparation d'un vaccin. A presente invenção se refere a processos envolvidos na produção e purificação do polissacarídeo capsular Poliribosil-Ribitol-Fosfato (PRP) produzido pela bactéria Haemophilus influenzae tipo b (Hib) para se obter o polissacarídeo com pureza e massa molecular adequada para a posterior formulação de vacina conjugada de Hib.
