La présente invention concerne: un procédé de préparation d'une composition cosmétique contenant un produit de fermentation de pousse de ginseng, qui est obtenu par fermentation d'un extrait de pousse de ginseng à l'aide de bactéries d'acide lactique, Lactobacillus rhamnosus; et une composition cosmétique contenant le produit de fermentation et ayant un effet antioxydant et un effet d'hydratation de la peau ou de réduction des rides.
