UV-CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION AND UV-CURABLE SHEET

Provided are a UV-curable resin composition that has excellent adhesion (adhesive force) and that can be cured without undergoing a high-temperature heating step, and a sheet in which the UV-curable resin composition is used. A UV-curable resin composition including a rubber component having a diene skeleton, a photopolymerization initiator, a crosslinking agent, and a tackifying agent, wherein a rubber component that is solid at 25°C and a liquid rubber component are contained as the rubber component having a diene skeleton. The UV-curable resin composition can be cured by UV irradiation in a short time, and can therefore be applied not only to an adherend having high heat resistance, but also to a wide range of members.
