Zusammenfassung:	A water-based liquid printing ink including a colorant, a binder resin, and an aqueous medium, which satisfies (1) to (3). (1) The organic solvent is contained in an amount of 10% by mass or less in the total amount of the water-based liquid printing ink. (2) The aqueous medium includes water and an organic solvent (A) having a solubility in water (100 ml, 25°C) of 1-30 (g/100 ml). (3) The ratio of the organic solvent (A) to another organic solvent (B) is 10:90 to 100:0. L'invention concerne une encre d'impression liquide à base d'eau comprenant un colorant, une résine liante et un milieu aqueux, qui satisfait (1) à (3). (1) Le solvant organique est contenu en quantité de 10 % en masse ou moins dans la quantité totale de l'encre d'impression liquide à base d'eau. (2) Le milieu aqueux comprend de l'eau et un solvant organique (A) ayant une solubilité dans l'eau (100 ml, 25 °C) de 1 à 30 (g/100 ml).
