The flow cell body comprises a frame and a flow chamber provided within the frame; the flow chamber comprises a reaction region allowing fluid to flow through; the frame is provided with a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet, and a vent hole in communication with the flow chamber; the fluid input from the liquid inlet is output from the liquid outlet after flowing through the reaction region of the flow chamber; the vent hole is used for discharging trapped gas in the flow chamber when the fluid flows through the reaction region. Also provided are a flow cell integrally provided with a sealing ring and a biochemical substance reaction device using the flow cell.
