Zusammenfassung:During meetings for planning operations for scale removal and scale inhibitor squeeze treatment in wells, the possibility of the manifold being partially incrusted with scale was raised considering the more critical mixture of water produced. The proposed solution is a method of treatment for removing scale from a manifold. Said method uses the geothermal heating of the exploration reservoir to heat a chemical removal solution (50). Heating is required to ensure the temperature is in a range that is also suitable for carrying out the removal reaction, since the distance that the solution travels to the manifold (20) and the low temperature of the underwater environment make the reaction occur inefficiently, as in the case of pre-salt. Pendant les réunions de planification d'opérations d'élimination d'incrustations et d'injection d'inhibiteur d'incrustation dans des puits, l'invention permet de supprimer le risque qu'une partie du manifold présente des incrustations compte tenu du mélange plus critique des eaux produites. La solution proposée consiste en un procédé pour le traitement d'élimination des incrustations dans un manifold. Ce procédé utilise le chauffage géothermique du réservoir d'exploration pour chauffer une solution chimique d'élimination (50). Le chauffage est nécessaire pour assurer le maintien de la température dans une plage permettant encore la réalisation de la réaction d'élimination, sachant que la distance parcourue par la solution jusqu'au manifold (20) et la faible température de l'environnement immergé empêchent normalement la réaction de se produire de façon efficace, comme dans le cas du pré-sel. Durante reuniões de planejamento de operações de remoção de incrustação e squeeze de inibidor de incrustação nos poços, foi levantada a possibilidade de o manifold estar parcialmente incrustado considerando a mistura mais crítica das águas produzidas. A solução proposta é um método para o tratamento de remoção de incrustação num manifold. Esse método utiliza o aquecimento geotérmico do reservatório de exploração para aquecer uma solução química removedora (50). O aquecimento se faz necessário para garantir a temperatura numa faixa que ainda pode realizar a reação de remoção, uma vez que a distância que a solução percorre até o manifold (20) e a baixa temperatura do ambiente submerso fazem com que a reação ocorra de forma não eficiente, como é o caso do pré-sal.
