Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a reagent storage unit, and comprises: a body which has a storage space formed therein to store a reagent and includes an open part protruding outwards; a cover part fastened to the open part of the body and having a through-hole formed to communicate with the open part; a packing part installed between the cover part and the open part of the body so as to seal the open part of the body, and including a rupture part that is rupturable; and a nozzle part including a fastening part which is detachably installed while surrounding at least a part of the upper side of the cover part, wherein the nozzle part includes a pipe which extends through the fastening part to vertically protrude, and the lower portion of the pipe extends downwards by a sufficient length to press and rupture the rupture part of the packing part when the nozzle part is fastened to the cover part.
