Zusammenfassung:	A sauna capsule for sterilization and disinfection according to one aspect of the present invention may comprise: a case which is spaced apart from the floor such that a user is seated, and measures the pulse and status information of the user; a cover which is coupled by means of one end of the case and a hinge, and accommodates a part of the body of the user; a sterilization device which is accommodated in the case, and sterilizes the body of the user accommodated in the cover; and a control device which controls the sterilization device and the cover, and operates in conjunction with an external smart device.
