A charge/discharge control device (1) controls a charge/discharge device (7) that operates in an operation mode that is either: a charging mode in which power storage device is charged by supplying, to the power storage device, at least either generated power generated by a power generation facility or grid power supplied from a grid power supply; or a discharging mode in which the power storage device is discharged and power is supplied inside a dwelling unit.
