L'invention concerne les composés de formule (I) : (I), tels que définis dans la description, et des intermédiaires synthétiques de ceux-ci, qui sont capables de moduler la protéine KIF18A, ce qui permet d'influencer le processus de cycle cellulaire et de prolifération cellulaire pour traiter le cancer et les maladies associées au cancer.
