L'invention concerne un matériau composite à dissipation thermique comprenant une matrice contenant un matériau polymère ; et des particules composites distribuées dans la matrice, les particules composites contenant une charge, et un matériau thermiquement conducteur appliqué sur la surface de la charge par une couche de revêtement inorganique, et la pluralité de matériaux thermiquement conducteurs appliqués par la couche de revêtement inorganique étant reliés les uns aux autres sur les surfaces de la pluralité de particules composites de façon à créer un réseau de transfert de chaleur.
