Zusammenfassung: | A cell culture method and application thereof based on high-density and continuous inoculation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) providing a cell culture, and performing resuscitation, flask shaking and expansion culture, and swing-type reaction bag expansion culture on the cell culture; (2) transferring the resuscitated and expanded cell into a last cell expansion tank so as to continue to perform expansion culture; (3) inoculating the cell in the last cell expansion tank into a culture fermenter in a high-density and continuous inoculation mode for performing fermentation culture; and (4) harvesting a target product. The cell culture method based on high-density and continuous inoculation can be used to shorten the average cell passage time of each batch, and improve the production efficiency of the cell and an expression product thereof.
