La présente invention concerne une butée (300), en particulier une butée d'ouverture numérique, une butée d'obscurcissement ou une butée de contrejour, pour un appareil de lithographie (100A, 100B), celle-ci comprenant une ouverture de transmission de lumière (302) et au moins un élément de butée (306, 308) dans lequel ou au niveau duquel l'ouverture (302) est prévue, l'élément de butée (306, 308) étant opaque et perméable aux fluides à l'extérieur de l'ouverture (302).
