Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is an LED ceiling lamp, comprising a lamp body (1) with a built-in LED light-emitting element, and a surface ring (2), wherein a torsion spring (3) is arranged on the lamp body (1), the surface ring (2) and the lamp body (1) are fixedly connected to each other, a back surface of the surface ring (2) is provided with a first encapsulation waterproof glue ring (6) close to an outer edge thereof, and the first encapsulation waterproof glue ring (6) and the surface ring (2) are integrally injection-molded into a whole by means of an encapsulation mold; and when the LED ceiling lamp is mounted on a ceiling (10), the torsion spring (3) and the surface ring (2) clamp the ceiling (10) to seal a position of contact between the first encapsulation waterproof glue ring (6) and the ceiling (10) for preventing water from entering an upper portion of the ceiling (10).
