Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of the present invention is to provide: detergent-free decellularization method of xenogenic biological tissues for human body surgery, in which the pericardium, blood vessels, other membrane-like biological tissues, and the like are decellularized so as to have resistance to mechanical property loss, mineralization and immune reactivity; and decellularized tissue. Decellularized tissue, according to the present invention, when compared to untreated tissue, has greater calcification reduction in vivo, blood compatibility and biocompatibility improvement, tissue thickness reduction, and increases in tensile strength, kink resistance and the like.
La présente invention concerne: un procédé de décellularisation sans détergent de tissus biologiques xénogènes pour la chirurgie du corps humain, dans lequel le péricarde, les vaisseaux sanguins, d'autres tissus biologiques de type membrane et analogues sont décellularisés de manière à avoir une résistance à la perte de propriétés mécaniques, à la minéralisation et à la réactivité immunitaire; ainsi qu'un tissu décellularisé. Le tissu décellularisé selon la présente invention, par rapport aux tissus non traités, présente une plus grande réduction de calcification in vivo, une compatibilité sanguine et une amélioration de biocompatibilité, une réduction d'épaisseur tissulaire et des augmentations de résistance à la traction, de résistance au pliage et analogues.
