The present invention also relates to a process for preparation of bictegravir substantially free from its diastereomer impurity. La présente invention concerne de manière générale des formes polymorphes de bictegravir, de ses sels, co-cristaux, solvates ou hydrates et un procédé de préparation de celles-ci, ainsi que des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de bictegravir sensiblement exempt de son impureté diastéréomère.
