The first liquid storage cylinder (11) is provided with a first liquid entry and exit port (111). The second liquid storage cylinder (12) is provided with a second liquid entry and exit port (121). One end of the first plunger (13) is inserted into an internal cavity of the first liquid storage cylinder (11). One end of the second plunger (14) is inserted into an internal cavity of the second liquid storage cylinder (12). Further provided is a liquid dispensing device (100).
