A control system according to an embodiment is provided with a plurality of devices and a control unit. The control unit stores first information representing linkage between a plurality of functions for implementing one process and second information representing correspondence relationships between the plurality of devices and the plurality of functions, wherein the plurality of devices are controlled to implement the one process on the basis of the first information and the second information.
