Zusammenfassung:A relative sensitivity-based method for lightweighting of a non-load bearing body-in-white, mainly comprising: when a non-load bearing body-in-white is constrained, simulating a central point position of a wheel by using a Beam unit, so as to reduce an over-stiffness phenomenon; and performing a weighting operation on a plurality of direct sensitivities to obtain a relative sensitivity, and then using same for size optimization. The method solves the problem of over-stiffness constraint during stiffness calculation of a non-load bearing body-in-white and the problem of lightweighted component screening caused by weight differences in design variables of sensitivity to a plurality of responses.
