BARE WEATHERING STEEL HAVING RUST LAYER AND MANUFACTURE METHOD THEREFOR

Disclosed by the present invention is a bare weathering steel having a rust layer. The surface of the bare weathering steel has a rust layer formed within 2 hours. In addition, the present invention further discloses a manufacture method for the bare weathering steel having a rust layer, comprising the steps of: (1) cleaning the surface of a steel plate and removing residual water; (2) obtaining ferrous ions on the surface of the steel; and 3) spraying water on the surface of the steel plate such that the surface of the steel is infiltrated by a water film, and after the water film on the surface of the steel plate is dry out, spraying the water film for at least once to hydrolyze the ferrous ions into iron hydroxide precipitation, and then dehydrating to form a rust layer.
