By means of adjusting the distortion parameters of an image block in the first image frame in a video file, the present method acquires a second image frame with a better visual effect, and uses the second image frame to replace the first image frame, such that the motion effect displayed by the image when the video file is played better conforms to the visual requirements of the human eye, without the need to adjust the video playback rate.
