The secondary drug may be provided in a controlled-release material and/or a drug-containing reservoir. Methods for assembling and using such drug infusion systems are also disclosed. The secondary drug may extend the wear time of the drug infusion systems. L'invention concerne des systèmes de perfusion de médicament comprenant une tête de perfusion configurée pour administrer un médicament primaire et un médicament secondaire au tissu sous-cutané d'un patient. Le médicament secondaire peut être fourni dans un matériau à libération contrôlée et/ou un réservoir contenant un médicament. L'invention concerne également des méthodes d'assemblage et d'utilisation de tels systèmes de perfusion de médicament. Le médicament secondaire peut prolonger le temps d'usure des systèmes de perfusion de médicament.
