Zusammenfassung:	A spotter comprises: a head unit; a disposable tip which is attached to or detached from the head unit, and which includes a cylinder part and a needle part positioned below the cylinder part; a discharge valve which is provided on the head unit, and which provides a discharge gas to the cylinder part so that a fixed quantity of materials accommodated in the cylinder part is discharged in a noncontact manner through the needle part; and a quick exhaust valve which is provided on the head unit and which discharges, to the outside, the residual pressure of the discharge gas provided to the cylinder part.
