Zusammenfassung:	A double-sided white organic light-emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof. A quantum dot photoluminescent film (300, 500) is disposed between a white organic light-emitting diode light-emitting layer (100) and a color filter layer (200, 400), wherein the quantum dot photoluminescent film (300, 500) has a conversion portion (310, 510) corresponding to a red color resist (210, 410) of the color filter layer (200, 400) and converting blue light into red light, and a conversion portion (320, 520) corresponding to a green color resist (220, 420) of the color filter layer (200, 400) and converting blue light into green light. The invention thus resolves the technical issues in the prior art of a low color gamut, low energy utilization, and high power consumption.
