Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure relates to a feeder device comprising: a mainframe having a first driving portion and a second driving portion installed on the upper portion thereof to be spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction, the first driving portion having a first driving shaft, and the second driving portion having a second driving shaft; a first operation unit comprising a pair of first eccentric shafts symmetrically formed in respective partial axial regions of the first driving shaft and the second driving shaft to be spaced apart from each other, the pair of first eccentric shafts having shaft centers that are eccentric upwards with regard to respective shaft centers of the first driving shaft and the second driving shaft, the first operation unit comprising a pair of second eccentric shafts formed to extend from the pair of first eccentric shafts toward respective centers of the first driving shaft and the second driving shaft, the pair of second eccentric shafts having shaft centers that are eccentric downwards with regard to the shaft centers of the first driving shaft and the second driving shaft, the first operation unit comprising a pair of first front operation links and a pair of first rear operation links, the lower portions of the pair of first front operation links and the pair of first rear operation links being coupled to the pair of first eccentric shafts formed on the first driving shaft and the second driving shaft, respectively, first coupling holes being formed on the upper portions of the pair of first front operation links and the pair of first rear operation links, respectively, the first operation unit comprising a pair of first operation shafts having ends coupled to the first coupling holes formed in the pair of first front operation links and the pair of second rear operation links, respectively, and the first operation unit comprising multiple first operation plates having a pair of first fastening portions formed on the lower portions thereof and fitted to the pair of first operation shafts such that the pair of first fastening portions is fitted in the axial direction of the pair of first operation shafts and is positioned to be spaced apart in the axial direction of the pair of first operation shafts; and a second operation unit comprising a pair of second front operation links and a pair of second rear operation links, the lower portions of the pair of second front operation links and the pair of second rea
