The display panel comprises: a base substrate, and a first conductive pattern and a second conductive pattern on the base substrate. The first conductive pattern comprises a first electrode layer, and the second conductive pattern comprises a second electrode layer. At least one of the first conductive pattern and the second conductive pattern further comprises an antenna pattern, and the antenna pattern is insulated from the electrode layer in the conductive pattern comprising the antenna pattern. The present application solves the problem of the relatively low preparation efficiency of the display apparatus. The present application is used for preparing the display panel.
