The transmitter optical subassembly (1000) comprises a tube base (200); a refrigerator (300) disposed on the tube base (200); a first conductive block (400) disposed on the tube base (200) and spaced apart from the refrigerator (300); a laser (20) disposed on the refrigerator (300); and a driving chip (40) disposed on the first conductive block (400) and electrically connected to the laser (20). The invention can reduce the impact of heat generated by the laser (20) on the driving chip (40), reduce the power consumption of the transmitter optical subassembly (1000), and improve the stability of the transmitter optical subassembly (1000).
