MUTAGENIC STRAIN OF LACTOBACILLUS PLANTARUM, MUTAGENESIS METHOD THEREFOR AND APPLICATION THEREOF

Mutagenesis is carried out on hyaluronidase-producing Lactobacillus plantarum to obtain a high hyaluronidase-producing mutant strain of Lactobacillus plantarum CnT012-56, the accession number being: CGMCC NO.16836. Lactobacillus plantarum CnT012-56 is used for fermentation to produce hyaluronidase so that the enzyme activity of the resulting hyaluronidase after isolation and purification can reach 70,000 IU/ml and the molecular weight of the resulting hyaluronidase is 63 kDa. La mutagenèse est réalisée sur le Lactobacillus plantarum produisant de l'hyaluronidase pour obtenir une souche mutante produisant de l'hyaluronidase élevée de Lactobacillus plantarum CnT012-56, répertoriée CGMCC No 16836. Le Lactobacillus plantarum CnT012-56 est utilisé pour la fermentation afin de produire de l'hyaluronidase, de telle sorte que l'activité enzymatique de l'hyaluronidase obtenue après isolement et purification peut atteindre 70 000 IU/ml et le poids moléculaire de l'hyaluronidase résultante est de 63 kDa. 对产透明质酸酶的植物乳杆菌进行
