Zusammenfassung: | Provided are a small-molecule hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, and a preparation method therefor. Lactobacillus plantarum having culture collection number CGMCC NO. 16836 is fermented to produce a hyaluronidase solution. The hyaluronidase solution enzymatically hydrolyzes a hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof having a molecular weight of between 500 kDa and 700 kDA, and an obtained small-molecule hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof has a molecular weight of between 1 kDa and 60 kDa. The small-molecule hyaluronic acid enzymatic hydrolysate is subjected to enzyme inactivation, activated carbon impurity absorption, micropore membrane filtration, and low-temperature spray drying to obtain a small-molecule hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof. The resulting product features high safety, excellent transdermal absorbability, ensures the integrity and bioactivity of the molecular structure, and has broader applications.
