A rotation shaft of the driving motor (1), a rotation shaft of the inner gear (2), a rotation shaft of the intermediate gear (3), and a rotation shaft of the sector-shaped gear (4) are arranged in parallel; the sector-shaped gear (4) internally sleeves a sector-shaped gear output shaft (41); one end of the sector-shaped gear output shaft (41) is connected to a connection rod (5); and an output pin (6) is provided on the connection rod (5).
