Zusammenfassung:Glucagon analog agonist compounds are provided herein that have improved solubility, as well as improved chemical and physical stabilities, when compared to native, human glucagon. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions including such glucagon analog agonist compounds, as well as methods of using the same for treating hypoglycemia, especially severe hypoglycemia. La présente invention concerne des composés agonistes analogues du glucagon qui ont une solubilité améliorée, ainsi que des stabilités chimiques et physiques améliorées, par comparaison avec le glucagon humain natif. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant de tels composés agonistes analogues du glucagon, ainsi que des procédés d'utilisation de celles-ci pour traiter l'hypoglycémie, en particulier l'hypoglycémie sévère.
