Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to genetically modified ascomycetous filamentous fungi, particularly of the species Thermothelomyces heterothallica capable of producing cannabinoids and precursors thereof, particularly of producing cannabigerolic acid (CBGA) and/or cannabigerovarinic acid (CBGVA) and products thereof, including tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA), cannabidiolic acid (CBDA) and cannabidivarinic acid (CBDVA), and use thereof for producing said precursors and cannabinoids. La présente invention concerne des champignons filamenteux ascomycètes génétiquement modifiés, en particulier de l'espèce Thermothelomyces heterothallica capable de produire des cannabinoïdes et des précurseurs de ceux-ci, en particulier de l'acide cannabigérolique (CBGA) et/ou de l'acide cannabigérovarinique (CBGVA) et des produits de ceux-ci, ainsi que de l'acide cannabidiolique (CBDA) et de l'acide cannabidivarinique (CBDVA), et l'utilisation de ceux-ci pour produire lesdits précurseurs et cannabinoïdes.
