IN-MOULD COATING FOR CELLASTO MIDSOLES

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Formkörpers umfassend ein Polyurethanelastomer, umfassend das Aufbringen einer Zusammensetzung (Z) enthaltend ein Trennmittel, ein Trägermittel (T), eine Verbindung (V1) ausgewählt aus der Gruppe aus Flammschutzmitteln und Farbstoffen und ein Polyurethan oder eine Reaktionsmischung, die geeignet ist ein Polyurethan zu bilden, auf zumindest einem Teil der Oberfläche (OF) einer Form, die zumindest teilweise Entfernung des Trägermittels (T) und das Einbringen einer Mischung (M1) in die Form. Das Verfahren umfasst weiter das Ausreagieren der Mischung (M1) unter Erhalt des Formkörpers umfassend ein Polyurethanelastomer. Weiter betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung einen Formkörper, erhältlich oder erhalten durch ein derartiges Verfahren sowie die Verwendung eines erfindungsgemäßen Formkörpers als Dämpfungselement, Stoßdämpfer oder Anschlagpuffer oder als Teil eines Schuhs oder einer Schuhsohle, beispielsweise einer Einlegesohle oder Zwischensohle.
