Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a low-temperature-fired lead-free glass frit, a paste, and a vacuum glass assembly comprising same. The glass frit according to the present invention has a novel component system comprising P2O5, V2O5, TeO2, CuO, BaO, ZnO, Bi2O3 and Ag2O in a specific composition ratio of the present invention, and thus can replace a conventional lead-based glass composition, can be low-temperature-fired, and causes no stripping or breakage and has excellent durability by having a coefficient of thermal expansion that matches that of a glass substrate while comprising no inorganic fillers or minimizing the amount of inorganic fillers.
La présente invention concerne une fritte de verre sans plomb, cuite à basse température, une pâte et un ensemble verre sous vide l'utilisant. La fritte de verre selon la présente invention présente un nouveau système de constituants comportant du P2O5, du V2O5, du TeO2, du CuO, du BaO, du ZnO, du Bi2O3 et de l'Ag2O selon un rapport de composition spécifique à la présente invention, et peut ainsi remplacer une composition de verre à base de plomb classique, peut être cuite à basse température sans provoquer de décollement ni de rupture, tout en ayant une excellente durabilité grâce à un coefficient de dilatation thermique qui correspond à celui d'un substrat de verre malgré le manque de charges inorganiques ou la réduction à un minimum de la quantité de charges inorganiques.
