The present disclosure discloses a terminal device, which comprising: a housing with a first surface and a second surface facing away from each other; a flexible display screen; a display screen supporting rack, which is in sliding fit with the housing, and comprises a rigid portion and a flexible portion mutually connected with each other, one part of the flexible display screen is mounted on the rigid portion, and the other part thereof is mounted on the flexible portion; the flexible display screen has a folded state and an unfolded state, in the folded state, at least one part of the flexible portion is located on the first surface, and the rigid portion is located on the second surface; and in the unfolded state, at least one part of the flexible portion slides to the second surface, and is on the same side of the housing as the rigid portion.
