WIRE TENSION CONTROL DEVICE AND METHOD

A control device for controlling the tension of a wire according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: an unwinding roller for supplying a wire by means of rotation; a motor for rotating the unwinding roller; a tension roller which supports the tension of the wire supplied by means of the unwinding roller and can move along one axial path; an air cylinder for applying pressure to the tension roller so as to support the tension of the wire; a linear potentiometer which measures the position of the tension roller on one axial path and converts the position into a voltage value; and a control unit for controlling the motor and air cylinder.
