Provided is an assembly- and disassembly-free pipeline system for a pipe jacking machine. The system comprises a shield body (40), a pipe section (402) and a jacking and pushing device (60), wherein the jacking and pushing device pushes the pipe section and the shield body to move forwards. The system further comprises a pipeline reeling and unreeling device (20) and a guide device (30), wherein a pipeline (201) is wound around the pipeline reeling and unreeling device. A shield body wire slot (401) is provided in an outer side wall of the shield body. A pipe section wire slot (403) is provided in an outer side wall of the pipe section. The pipeline passes through the guide device and extends into the shield body through the pipe section wire slot and the shield body wire slot, and the shield body wire slot and the pipe section wire slot are both internally provided with a sealing member (50).
