Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to guard bed catalysts located upstream of a main catalyst for hydrotreating hydrocarbon feedstock to prevent the main catalyst from being poisoned by silicon compounds in the hydrotreatment feedstock. A catalyst is described that contains molybdenum and nickel in the form of 5.5-7.7 wt% nickel aluminoheteropolymolybdate with an Anderson structure NiH[Аl(ОН)6Мо6О18], and in the form of 4.6-6.4 wt% nickel molybdate NiMoО4; and the remainder being a substrate. The substrate contains 5.0-25.0 wt% aluminum borate Al3BO6 having the norbergite structure; and the remainder being γ-Al2O3. The catalyst has a specific surface area of 245-275 m2/g, a pore volume of 0.50-0.55 cm3/g, and an average pore diameter of 80-85 Å, and is in the form of granules having a trefoil cross-sectional shape with the dimension from the top to the middle of the base measuring 2.5±0.2 mm and a length of up to 10 mm. Additionally described is a sulfided catalyst containing: 5.0-7.0 wt% Mo; 1.7-2.3 wt% Ni; 3.4-4.7 wt% S; and the remainder being the substrate; wherein the substrate comprises: 5.0-25.0 wt% aluminum borate Al3BO6 having the norbergite structure; and the remainder being γ-Al2O3. The technical result is an increase in the rate of silicon extraction from feedstock, increased silicon dioxide capacity of the catalyst, and increased resistance of the catalyst to deactivation under conditions of hydrocarbon feedstock hydrotreatment.
