Zusammenfassung:	A video encoding/decoding device according to the present invention may determine an intra prediction mode of a current block on the basis of a most probable mode (MPM) of the current block or an intra prediction mode of a neighboring block, determine a reference region for intra prediction of the current block, and perform intra prediction on the current block by using the intra prediction mode and the reference region. Un dispositif de codage/décodage vidéo selon la présente invention peut déterminer un mode d'intra-prédiction d'un bloc courant sur la base d'un mode le plus probable (MPM) du bloc courant ou d'un mode d'intra-prédiction d'un bloc voisin, déterminer une région de référence pour une intra-prédiction du bloc courant, et exécuter une intra-prédiction sur le bloc courant à l'aide du mode d'intra-prédiction et de la région de référence. 본 발명에 따른 부호화/복호화 장치는, 현재 블록의 MPM(most probable mode) 또는 이웃 블록의 인트라 예측 모드에 기반하여 현재 블록의 인트라 예측 모드를 결정하고, 현재 블록의 인트라 예측을 위한 참조 영역을 결정하며, 인트라 예측 모드 및 참조 영역을 이용하여 현재 블록에 대해 인트라 예측을 수행할 수 있다.
